Fun nights. (Jolene)

So one night I was really bored, and had nothing to do. So I made a cute little slide show! Super cute. Well here it is! :) So sorry that the music is so wierd. :)

 

Christmas Eve! (Jolene)

So for Christmas Eve my family went over to the Miller's, and had the best food in the whole wide world! Then we sang songs, and read stories, more songs, and then opened presents. So we sang quite the songs before opening presents from one another! Oh how I love Christmas songs! It surely is like the best EVER! :)

Christmas!!! (Emily)

Christmas was great!!!! We woke up at 6:00am and started opening presents I got a new blue real pretty camera. If you have seen my moms camera it is that but a little better and blue. I got lots of new clothes and lots and lots of  jewelry. I got a new blanket, I got the books Matched, Crossed and Reached. I am so excited to read them. I got this cute picture frame from my mom and it said friends and it had a picture of me and Jo. It is so cute. And a lot of other stuff. It was a great Christmas and probably the last Christmas my whole family will be here for a couple years because Audrey is going on a mission. It was a whole lot of fun!!

All nighter! (Jolene)

The other night we had an "all nighter," and yes we stayed up till 7:00am. YES! We had Kassi, Audrey, Damaris, Megan, Emily, and Me do it, and only Audrey, Emily, and I stayed up till 7:00am. :) Here are some pictures from that night! For one of the activities we did was Pintrest Wars! What we had to do was go on pintrest with our partner, my partner was Audrey; Emily, and Megan; Kassi, and Damaris. Well any way we had to go onto pintrest, and find a cute crafty thing we could make out of the stuff we had laid out (we could only use that stuff.) Here are some pictures of the crafts, and that night/morning! :)

Greek Party! (Jolene)

Well yes I know that I haven't bloged in I don't know how long, but here is another one to catch you up on things. So every year my family has this Greek Party, because we are part Greek. So we invite my brothers over Jake, and Amie with their three boys Orion, Perrin, and Kris, also Justin, and his wife Jill, and Brendon with his wife Michelle, and last but not least Zach, and his girlfriend Arcadia, we also have the Miller's come over, their practically family. We had Gyros, Baklava, Fetta Cheese pie, Spinach pie,Keftethes (greek meatballs), Anise butter cookies, Kourabiethes (another kind of cookie,) and one other which is called Augolemono (Lemon chicken, rice soup.)

Holidays! :)

My holiday is full of funny, yet fun things. So this Christmas we made a Ginger Bread house, we epically failed at that one. First it was going GREAT then I decided to grab a gram cracker and my hand hit the wall of the house, and it fell. Also my dad couldn't handle us because after I broke it, it just kept braking. It was pretty fun though I know that my family had fun well I think because we were laughing the whole time. Meg couldn't stop eating the frosting, and I couldn't stop eating the gram crackers, my dad was trying to make his camera work, my mom was helping Meg so she would stop eating the frosting, and Damaris was just taking pictures, of Damaris, and my dad. We also had TONS of the candy! Yummy! Towards the end it started working out better, because after Meg, and my mom worked on it while the rest of us were deciding what the decorations were going to be. After they got the house up, then we started decorating it. We used most of the candy not all because there was a ton! I will have to admit that we came up with some pretty clever things to use. We had gummy bears, marshmallows, gumdrops, nerds, m&m, smarties, jolly ranher things, suckers, peppermints, frosting, star bursts, hard snowflakes, Christmas nougats,and gram crackers. Oh it was fun even though it has some special things on here. I absolutely love Christmas time, it is full of family time, lots of Christmas stories, and Christmas movies.

For Young Men's, and Young Wemon's we went to Temple Square, and we had a load of fun. There were tons of lights, and I took some great pictures of the temple here you go! :)
